Jim, it's as it was before, I can access the "new postings" only after I've submitted a posting onto an existing one. Does that make sense?

Hi John, I've tested out your permissions and can start a new topic as you.

I'll ask the obvious question, have you logged into the forum before you try posting a new topic?

Obviously you are already logged in if you are replying to a topic.
